Continuing the legacy my father built, means the world to me. He’s a man of few words and not very easily impressed, so to get congratulations from him and see him proud is the ultimate goal. He built a great foundation for J&J, now it is my turn to build the house.
When a customer chooses J&J Painting, I want them to feel and/or see the pride in our work. I want them to notice and feel the attention to details of a mom and Pop shop, but also the organization and professionalism of a corporation. Best of both worlds.
When I think about the future of J&J Painting, it gets me extremely excited, knowing where it started to how far we have come, and the potential of where we can go keeps me motivated -a small minority family starting a company that is flourishing into something amazing!

Alisa has hiked the Great Sand Dunes multiple times and made it to the top every single time. At work, she enjoys the variety: solving problems, staying organized, and helping her coworkers work more efficiently.
Outside of work, she's happiest outdoors: hiking, fishing, camping, playing pickleball, or unwinding with video games and family time. Her goal with every customer is simple: she wants them to feel happy, excited, and confident that what they want is truly being heard and brought to life.

Aaron is a father of two, a 9-month-old and a 3-year-old, who keep him busy and inspired; watching them grow is his favorite part of life. What he loves most about his work is the variety of people he gets to meet and serve, bringing quality and satisfaction to every customer, no matter their background.

Outside of work, you'll find him outdoors with his family; lately, that's meant park walks and finding a shady spot to lie back and watch the sky. Above all, Aaron wants customers to feel secure trusting him with their property, confident that the quality of the work will speak for itself.
